It is expected the meeting will have the economy as a central debate point.

England´s new government will have as an objective to get rid of US$ 9 billion from the public sector in its struggle to cover the giant public deficit.
(My try: New government announced that they were going to deduct $9 billion from public sector immediately this year to struggle England´s giant budget deficit.)
From this announcement the Central Bank of England (….) satisfaction (I just couldn´t figure out how to make this sentence come together in English......please explain & help!)
