1) First one should be like "Ya yeni bir işe başvurmalıyım ya da patronum ayrılmalı, diye dÃ¼şÃ¼ndÃ¼."
"ayrılmak" is better here when u use the verb "to leave" i think.
2)in second one TÃ¼rkÃ§e sentence "Şişmanlamayasın diye artık sana şeker almayacağım" is better translation i think yours is also can be used.

3)"Ne kastediyorsun beni sevmemekle?" veya "Ne demek beni sevmiyorsun?" is better...
"Ne diye beni sevmiyorsun" means like "why dont u love me" with in an anger situation.

4)in second TÃ¼rkÃ§e sentence it should be "kÃ¶tÃ¼ havadan dolayı" not "kÃ¶tÃ¼ havadan dolası"

5)TÃ¼rkÃ§e sentence should be "Tatilimde(during my holiday) dinlenmek ve gezmek istiyorum" veya "Tatilim boyunca dinlenmek ve gezmek istiyorum"

6)this one is allriht only not "tatillerimde" it should be "tatilimde"

7)"Alışverişe gittim ve Ã§ok para harcadım" is better i think...

BTW ur Turkish is very good, congrats

interesting sentence, let me try to translate;

"Beni Yeterince bekleyecek kadar seviyor musun hep (her zaman) seninle birlikte olabilinceye dek?"

enough is "yeterince" i think
