Is Yapmayin the correct spelling for second person plural imperative of Yapmak? I thought it was yapmaniz?

Their Turkish seems a little different, that is slower< than most Turkish Groups, are they from a certain region?

Half of my family are Catholic. Here in the USA,(ABD'da), ceremonies usually take 50 minutes to an hour.
