(OK, here is another translated song, I am at least curious that I got the title correct)

AH_BEN (Oh My!)

Dinlemazsen duamazsin
If you never listen you pray not
Bakmazsan go’remazsin
If you never’ look you never see
Yaratmazsan sevemazsin
If you never create you never love
Yas’amazsan olemazsin
If you never live you never become

KORUS
Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
Herkesin ru’yasina girmeye deg’erda
From Everyones dreams to enter the price
Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
Girdig’im her yeri
My going everywhere
Kendime benzeten
Myself resembling from
Ya da benzettirilen
Or also that it resembles

Yikmazsan kuramazsin
If you never demolish you won’t build anything
Kuramazsan gidemezsin’
If you never assembly your won’t go
Gitmezsen go’remizsin
If you never go you won’t see
Varmazsan olamazsin
If you never exist you won’t become (No real English equivalent)

ChORUS

Dokulmazsan anlatamazsin
If one never weaves You never understand
Anlatmazsan o’grenezsin
If you never understand you never learn
Konusamezsan susamazsin
If you never talk you never thirst
If you never talk you won’t get thirsty
Uc’mazsan alc’alamazsin
If you never drink you won’t get low

Repeat first cfhorus

Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
Yapmak icin her an yikmak isteyen
To do everything because mostly to destroy wanting from
Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
Bildig’I her s’eyi sadece bekleyen
Knowing Everything simply waiting
Yada beklettirilen

Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
Herkesin ru’yasina girmeye deg’er
Everyones dreams to go into price
Ah Ben, Neymis’im meg’er
Oh my, What am I however
As’k ile herkesi kendine benzeten
Passion with to everybody Myself resembles

I didnt mean to offend you. I am very glad you help. But in my opinion your translation had an other meaning, or did it meant what I wrote, but not literally?

What you wrote was unclear in english "and I will walk next to you closed." is not clear in english. Is it "closed" as in "closed off from one another like a shop is closed " or "closed" as in "closing into toward one another".

Quoting catgirl:

Thanks for this. Now i have another problem. My friends brother got a baby girl. What i could write in his card. I don´t know his brother but i still like to send card to baby´s parents. What´s the right thing to write.

Since the native speakers did not correct my previous contribution, I am suggesting a minor change to what I proposed before, that I think will be understood.

(I will us capitals for Turkish characters, otherwise this computor turns them into something else, but you should add the tail or the dots above if I capitalize)

haber kardeSinizden Uzere olmak, kizin doGumu, Cok Cok mutlu oldum.
(The news from you of your daughters birth, much happiness brought me.

seni ve kocam Cok kutlarimiz.

(You and your husband we greatly congratulate. )

Quoting dagdelen:

1.neden onunkide iyidire ama sizde ingilizceye gerek yok nede olsa o sana türkçeyi öğretmiş

2.tabi yabancılarda

3.. "o yüzden"

(My attempt: I hope a native speaker can clarify)

1. Why it is good to them, but on your part English is not required , what might also turns out to be that Turkish you apparently learned.

2. (I saw Gezbelles answer, I used the wrong definition of tabi, should be) Dependent upon foreigners

3. that from the face (truth) of it

I am only a humble student that uses the translation requests as a means of practice, but wonder about the ethics of facilitating these relationships. Just now somebody asked in English how say, "I want to share my life with you" and then a few lines later. "what is you last name".

But you look where the requestor comes from and think about what this says about the men that they live..

But here in this virtual "community" we know that "persons" seeking these relationship with Turks with who they can't "speak" directly, are the "fuel" that drive (insallah) TURKISH ClASS along.

Azade has shared his life story with us and i sincerely hope that it continues well. We that inhabit the Tranlation Forum see that many other outcomes are possible as we get see it unfold.

can someone please translate 'sensiz sabah olmuyor' also
'basimin belasi' - they are songs....thank you

my head's calamity(trouble)=basimin belasi
without you dont be morning=sensiz sabah olmuyor.

sensiz olmuyor
"without you morning doesn't come" is a better english rendition if this is a song, although the translation above is literally ok.

If you looking for the "band for the buck"

From Amazon you can get Elementary Turkish by Lewis V. Thomas for 9$ with shipping. Every chapter has written excercises except the last (chapter 23.)

If you do every exercise you will start to understand what is going on here in Turkish Class, grammar wise,

Vocabulary most of us are still working on. (The book only uses a few hundred works and you need to know 5000 to be fluent, [i'm told].
