Foreign house buyers to receive longer residence permit in Turkey

Turkey clears its deck to expand the residence permit for foreigners who buy real estate properties in Turkey, Turkish ministers announced

 According to existing regulations, foreigners can stay in the country for a maximum of three months on a tourist visa, after which time they must leave the country for another three months before returning.
“We’re trying to increase these [residence permit] periods to six months or one year because many visitors to our country wish to stay for more than three months,” Turkish Environment and Urban Planning Minister Erdoğan Bayraktar said, confirming the news.

Simple answer to your question is ; Because it is unnecessary to use "dolayı " as suffix " dan" already gives the same meaning [because,since] in that concept. 

Trip, again you shouldn´t put "nın" onto "hava" , since when you say "Havanın" , that means " of the weather " but you want to say just " Weather" [Hava]

Because[since] the weather..................

Mehmet is subject there. Because [since] Mehmet did not come ---> we don´t put possessive  [in] on Mehmet. 

Mehmet gelmediği için Ahmet´in de gelmeyeceğini ümit ederim.

more natural way would be;

 Mehmet gelmediği için inşallah [umarım] Ahmet de gelmez. 

Giden bir kişinin arkasından bu tarz konuşmasak daha iyi olur. Zira pek yakışık almıyor.

Yes, I have no idea of about making websites. But I have one idea , that is , I support any idea that teaches Turkish whether it is through cheap [free] websites or expensive ones. I suggest you do the same instead of talking . Do something beneficial. Lets stop argue and support people who try to do good things for this country. all right ?

Why don´t you make one of them then ? Cheap or expensive. There is someone out there, putting effort , time on his work to teach something on that web-site that you run down. Just respect people´s efforts instead of making sarcastic comments. Biraz saygı göster be birader. And the initial question was directed to Admin , not you . stop acting like an admin.
