Yes, we can say that it is a good saying. Actually "sevimli canavar" is a form of adressing which we use for our lovers, children, and sometimes, sincere friends. Supposing that I am saying this word to my son:

"Beni kandırmaya Ã§alışıyorsun değil mi? Seni "sevimli canavar" seni!"

"You are trying to deceive me, aren't you? Loveable monster(!) that you!"

ok, the picture is nice but looks humble

I think we can't, because the idiom "boynu bÃ¼kÃ¼k" has a figurative meaning even if it looks like "humble" when we translate "boynu bÃ¼kÃ¼k" literally.

"Boynu bÃ¼kÃ¼k" is an idiom and is in the sense of 'sad' here.
