The correct answer is "b" as there is no noun compound in the sentence "b", whereas in others there are noun compounds ;
* The noun compound must be formed of at least two nouns. In other words , noun compounds are made of nouns.
* Noun compound has to have possessive relation.
kuş sesleri ---> voices of birds
bayram kutlaması ----> the celebration of bairam [religious holiday]
Adana’nın akşamları ----> Nights of Adana
Oyunculardan biri -----> one of the players [ * In noun compounds, the first element or the second element , or both can be indefinite pronoun , so we have indefinite pronoun "biri" is used as modified]

However, in "b" , there is no noun compound;
Pastaneleri işten dönenler doldurdu. ---> The people [ones] who came out of work filled the patisseries.
We might suspect of the words that underlined in blue , but "dönmek" is a verb and "dönenler ´ is ´verbal adjective´ as it describes the people. People who returns [come out ] from their work.
