Was it touching, love? Or to be able to love without touching? Was love only to feel your skin's softness and warmth, or my hope to be able to touch you? Was love living with you, or a life of missing you? Was it to see you without looking, or understanding you without hearing? Was love talking, or being able to feel what you'll say without talking? Was love to fear of losing you, or to believe that you can love till eternity? Was love smiling each time I see your face, or knowing that you smile each time you remember me? What was love? Was it escaping from everything, thinking that reunion is impossible, or hoping for a reunion chance?

It really doesn't make much sense (nor the other first versions of it). I can understand only the beginning:
