Ancak has four meanings:
1- Only
2- At most, highest
3- Not earlier than
4- But

Examples:

1- Ã‡ok aramasına rağmen ancak bir parÃ§a tane bulabildi (Although searching a lot, he only found one piece)

2- KaÃ§ kişinin geleceği Ã¶nemli değil, ancak 2 tanesi işe alınacak (It is not important how many people will come, at most 2 of them will be employed)

3- Film ancak 2 saatte bitmişti (The film did not fisished earlier than 2 hours)

4- Ã‡ok Ã§alışmıştı ancak başaramadı (He worked a lot, but he failed)

Ayrıca has 3 meanings,
1- Also, besides
2- Seperately
3- Moreover, furthermore...

Examples:
1- O, şu sıralar Japonca Ã¶ğreniyor, ayrıca İngilizce de Ã¶ğretiyor (Nowadays he is learning Japanese, also teaching English)

2- Bu meyveler orada ayrıca yetiştirilir (These fruits are growing there seperately)

3- This meaning is used mostly in articles, essays etc. When starting a new paragraph or another sentence to add new examples in the same idea.

(1st pragraph)

(2nd pragraph or sentence)
Ayrıca,(Moreover, furthermore, plus, what is more, etc.)
............

Thanks for this topic Korshad. It is very useful to see the similarities between Turkish languages.
