I will return to Turkey soon, and this time I am thinking about getting a prepaid phone.  Just wondering does Turkcell have a very cheap option where there´s no call waiting, forwarding etc. just enough to call friends locally? Or if you have an idea on the cheapest option and what it includes it would be helpful.  I don´t want to go to a payphone this time.  Thanks in advance!
