1. I think that "as I deserve it" means here "because I deserve it". Am I right about it? Yes

2. I think that "hakkettiğim gibi mutlu" means "as happy as I deserve it", and it has similar meaning to "hakketiğim derecede mutlu", "hakkettiğim kadar mutlu" - "happy in the degree in which I deserve it (to be happy)". Am I right? Yes

3. If I´m right about 1 & 2 - could the sentence above be translated as follows?

Bana, birçok kez, bunu hakediyorsun diye mutlu olmamı istediğini söyledin. There is ambuguity in this sentence.

Bana birçok kez hakkettiğim kadar mutlu olmamı söyledin. (Better)

Üzülme, Abla Actually, your translation made me think, if - when there are two or more "agents" which can be addressed in sentence using 3rd person, is there any way to disambiguate between them when using 3rd person suffix.

People make better decisions when they think it over in a non-native tongue. A foreign language takes us further from the immediate intuitive system and into more rational reasoning.
