I guess there is no difference between düşündüren and düşündürten. We also need adverb of time too. I have never thought about these issues.

But when you look at the sentence you see "don´t assume" It is present. You should think it is more logical to translate  the whole sentence in present tense if you have doubts.

TamamSmile

Then, seni sevmediğimi, is the present tense. Isn´t it?

Thank you!

 Ex:Seni sevmediğimi düşünüyorsun.

1)You think I don´t love you.

2)You think I didn´t love you.

The time of the verb "sevmek" is unclear So we need an adverb of time.

Ex:Seni hiç sevmediğimi düşünüyorsun.

You think I have never loved you.

Ex Daha önce beni hiç sevmediğini düşünüyorum.

I think you had never loved me before.

Quoting Sonbahar

Sana benim seni sevmediğimi düşündüren davranışlarımın nedenlerini sorgularken sanki sen beni benden daha iyi tanıyormuşsun gibi bir tavır takınma.

Don’t assume such attitude as if you know me better than myself  when investigating the reasons of my behaviors that makes  you think  I am not in love with you.

şimdi şaşırdım galiba{#emotions_dlg.eeek}

 Good translation. Did you get help?

Subject of the second part of the sentence is you. And dont forget to make a literal translation.
