"dan beri" means since but i think "dır" is more correct but there is no such a choice.

 2- Deniz gibi...... mavi gözleri, kömür gibi........siyah saçları var. 
  –mam / –sim  –mas / -sim  –mas / -sip  –mas / -sir

 masmavi means a very solid(strong) blue. simsiyah means very solid dark.

 3- Eğer vaktinde gel................ seni bekleyemem.
  –mezsen  –irsen  –meyecek  –diysen

 "mezsen" gives verb a negative condition meaning. gelmezsen means if you don´t come

 4- Sınavda bütün sorulara iyice düşün...................... cevap  verin.
–ürken  –üp  –meden  –meyerek

 üp gives verb a condition meaning here. "Düşünüp cevap verin" means "answer after you think"

 5-  Çorba    ...................sıcak!
sır  sıs   sım  sıp

 sımsıcak means very hot 

 6- Karşıdan karşıya geç.................... arabalara dikkat et!
–ip –ince  –erek  –erken

 -erken limits verb with time. geçerken means while you are passing

 7- Şoför Bey! Müsait bir yerde in.........................?
–ecek miyim? –er miyim? –ebilir miyim?   –yor muyum?

 -ebilir miyim? asking permission

 8- Ali! Oğlum! Sana söylüyorum, bu gece erken yat................ yarın erken kalkamazsın.
–mazsan  –arsan –ıp –acaksan

 -mazsan negative condition 

 9- Aaa! Annem bana bir paket gönder...........................
–ir –se –miş  –ymiş

 miş perfect tense 

 10- Süleymaniye Camii Mimar Sinan tarafından yap..................
–ıldı   –ınmış    –acakmış –ındı 

 -ıl makes verb passive -dı makes verb past yapıldı means it was made.

 11- Bozuk kapıyı tamir et.......................?
–debebilir misin? –ti misin? –dabilir misin? –dersen?  

 tamir edebilir misin? can you fix it? 

 12- Ah, keşke kar yağ.............................
–arsa –sa –ırsa   –acaksa 

 -sa wish May snow fall. 

 13- Hava raporuna göre yarın hava parça............... bulutlu, deniz zaman zaman dalga......... olacakmış.
–sız / –sız –lı / –sız –lı / –lı –sız / –lu 

 parçalı means  pieced dalgalı means wavy 

 14- 25 Aralık ..................... Ali’den  haber alamadım.
–tan beri –dan beri –tır –dır

 -tan beri means since 

 15- Tam kapıdan çık.................... misafirler geldi. Çıkamadım.
–ırken –ken   –dım –arken

 çıkarken while i  was going out arken limits verb with time

 -üldü -ül makes verb passive -dü makes it past 

 17- Türkçe’yi arkadaşlarınla konuş............... daha iyi öğrenebilirsin.
–arak –rken –mayarak  –ken

 -arak means by konuşarak by talking 

 18- Hava raporuna göre hafta sonunda havanın güneş............... olması bekleniyor.
–lu –siz –lik –li

 -li  güneşli sunny

 19- Eğer daha iyi kompozisyon yazmak iste.................... daha çok             çalışmalısın.
–yorsan –yeceksen –mezsen –yorsa

 -yorsan possitive condition istiyorsan if you want 

 20- Bu işi gelecek haftaya kadar mutlaka bitir.....................
 –ilmeli –mI –mesi –memiz

 These verbs express wishes use may.

you can use if if the verbs in these forms:

Hatırlarsam : If i remember

Unutmazsam : If i don´t forget

 You can say both. But according to Turkish grammar verb must be at the end.
