It is better to switch places of turist and otel, and you don´t need to make "turist" plural; "Otelde turist var mý?"

You CAN NOT say "ilk kez tanýþmak", because "tanýþmak", i.e. to get acquainted with someone, is something that happens only once (if you don´t have a memory problem ), therefore it is not correct to say ilk kez tanýþmak, ikinci kez tanýþmak, beþimci kez tanýþmak, etc.
