 I guess it is written in Azerbaijani Turkish.

"Çekilmek" doesn´t make sense but "ayrılmak" does.

Are these translations correct?

Well - it´s a guess or an assumption - so I guess the first one is correct! (although I still don´t see why ´ayrılmak´ rather than ´çıkmak/gitmek´

 

 çıkmak/gitmek is also ok.

Ulan is a slang word. I don´t recommend you to use it. You can find yourself in trouble. It can mean a lot of things according to where you use it.
