 Is it as good as I guess it will be?

I was trying to remember what it was about! I´m sure I enjoyed it though.

The latest in the fabulous Inspector İkmen mysteries, this time İkmen ends up having to go undercover in the Turkish community in North London ... can´t wait to get my copy!!!

He plays Nadal this afternoon in the semi-final.

Travelling the ´seven seas´ is a poetic way of saying travelling all the oceans of the world.

Sweet dreams are made of this
Who am I to disagree?
Travel the world and the seven seas
Everybody´s looking for something

-song by the Eurythmics.

 I am surprised sonunda let this one through - she must be on holiday in Turkey!!

It is niece not neice. There is a simple rhyme to help: "I before E except after C" i.e. the i comes first, except when it is "cei" as in receive.

This should be added to the ´Something I must get off my chest thread´   {#emotions_dlg.lol}

(the rest of the rhyme says ´if the sound be ee´ so a word like ´heir´ is an exception)

PS-yilgun had spelt it both correctly and incorrectly in the same post.

I thought ´isterim´ was ´I would like´

I thought 3rd person present tense ´ister´ + past tense ´dim´ =I used to want.
