Hi everyone,

I´m writing here to find if there are some persons willing to learn turkish in Tunis.

Actually in Bourguiba School (Foreign Languages Institute located in Tunis), there was a turkish class 3 years ago but they don´t give courses anymore.

I call for all people interested (teacher, students) to show up.

Thank you for your attention.

Good project Valid. I am sure there are some turkish people living in Tunis will interest your call..If I was there I would be interested to teach Turkish there.

That"s a shame that they stopped turkish course..hopefully its gonna start again by you encouraging people over there..

Greetings from Turkey.

kurtulmak=get rid of

Hi,

Can someone help me translate the following from Turkish to English:

Çok süpriz maçlar olmuş desene.

Demek maçı stattan izleyeceksin.

Keşke benim de böyle bir imkanım olsaydı!

Benim yerimde olsaydın, eminim sen de aynısıni yapar.

Bilmez olur muyum?

Thank you

  - Çok süpriz maçlar olmuş desene .

They are such suprising matches, don"t you think ? (probably these people are betting on football matches and the matches they bet on are not likely to win which is suprise)

 - Demek maçı stattan izliyeceksin.

Well, that means you are going to watch the match in the stadium.

  - Keşke benim de böyle bir imkanım olsaydı!

Wish I had an opportunity like this !(like yours)

  - Benim yerimde olsaydın, eminim sen de aynısını yapardın.

If you were in my place, I am sure you would do the same thing.

    - Bilmez olur muyum ?

Of course I know..(I know..., tell me about it)

Asıl çaresizlik derdin devasız olması değil, birini iyi edecek şeyin diğerinin kadehine zehir olmasıdır.

-bazı dertlerin devası olsa da çözülemiyor bea

-her derdin bir devası vardır ! lakin biz devasız gibi görürüz, hayır olanı şer biliriz.

The real incurableness is not a disease (or troublesome problem) with no cure. It is being poison in someone"s (wine) glass while it can cure (be  good for) someone else.

- Although some diseases has got cures but still unable to cure them.

-Each disease has its own cure! But we see them like incurable,we believe (or know) the good one as bad.

I am sorry then for trying to make friends with you.  When someone deleted my profile I took the opportunity to try to make new friends.  I asked 10 men I thought were interesting to be my friend and nine accepted - all but you were very nice to me and understanding that I am new again to Istanbul after having been away in Chicago as a student for high school.  I guess I am a little lonely myself   I just visited Chicago again in December and thought it would be nice to know some more Turkish people in the United States.  I will not bother you anymore.  Good luck.

" This is the question that scientists couldnt find an answer for it: Why this man like talking/writing so much..Damn ! This is my nature. Everyone takes cigarette and tea break whereas I answer people whom I don"t know while I am so busy. What do you advice me ? Shall I see psychologist? Anyhow, Since I started let me summarize;   I am not regretful to know myself..That was the expression to blind people"s curiosity.(to stop them to be curious about me) I never witnessed something very good came out when I met people after I talked someone on facebook whom I don"t know . I unfortunately have got so many old/new students whom they  like to think they induced me by opening fake profile and sending me messages!! And your profile looks like one of that to me. None of the pictures taken in Turkey and there was nobody in your friend list when you sent me friendship request...etc...etc..
