I mean, i have read that the noun that is deacribed by the DIK suffix should go after it, for example
Oturduğum ev budur NOT Ev Oturduğum budur
Also
Ta ki doğduğnuz yere dönünce kadar NOT yere doğduğunuz
So why in the above sentences these rules don´t apply?
And how about these
Söylediği sözleri beğeniyorum
Could it be put this way?
Sözleri söylediğini beğeniyorum

I understand what you mean. I will explain you shortly why it doesnt apply to your sentences.
1. "Ben aradigim neyi aslinda bilmiyorum"
Using "ne" is not correct here. Instead of it you should use "şey".
Ben aradığım şeyi aslında biliyorum.
Şey means thing. The problem with your sentence is you are trying to use "ne" as a noun in this sentence but you cant use it that way.
2-
"Sevdigin beni bilmiyorum"
This is not correct because you cant use sevdiğin here as an adjactive. Why? Because ben must be the object of sevmek here. I dont know that you love me. You see me is object. Your sentence in English would sound like this "I dont know me who you love". It is meaningless in English too.
3- "gitmem istiyorum"
I said no difference before but now I notice that you wrote "gitmem". This is wrong. You are using a possesive suffix here. Gitmem literally means "my going". Your sentence means "I want my going". But you cant say this in Turkish. There are two verbs in this sentence "to go" and "to want". So one of them must be infinitive like in English. I want to go. Gitmek istiyorum.But in Turkish we say "my going is necessary(gitmem gerek)" or "my going is important (gitmem önemli)" In English instead of saying "my going is necessary", they say " It is important that I go" This is a difference between English and Turkish.
