For days my tooth was ia a great pain. Even though I don´t like going to the dentist,I decided to go. I got (took) an appointment  from the internet today. I went to the hospital. I waited for my turn. When my turn came the doctor took me inside. Ηe/she looked(examined) my tooth. Can you save this teeth, i said. You have to take a film(you mean an X-ray??) of your tooth and then I will decide,he/she said. I took the film(I guess). I waited for the doctor to call at me again. He/she took me inside again. He/she looked(examined) the film(x-rays??). It isn´t possible to save this tooth,the best thing is to extract it,he/she said. In that case i  agree to extract it, I said to him/her. It isn´t possible now he/she said. Your tooth is iflammated, you have to take antibiotics for a while,he/she said. I was disappointed. Can you extract this tooth now to save me from suffering, I said. It isn´t possible, he/she said. So, I accepted to  take the medicine and after a  will  go again(to the doctor).

Hey guys, this one´s really confusing me, as I lack the cultural context. Was Hamidiye suyu expensive in 1935? Cheap? Common? Rare? A luxury? A political faux pas?

It´s just the bold part that´s confusing me:

ah etmek ne demek? I get it as to sigh, but it does not quite sound right in the context... Could it be, I will not blame you? Ne bilim... I am just guessing now lol.

Now, the "benim içim yıkılıyor" part is bothering me. Yıkılmak is to be demolished, be wrecked; to be pulled down; to be destroyed; to be ruined or to collapse... but içim?? I have tried to see other verbs that are paired with içim, and it seems to me that it may mean my heart, my insides? I do not get this part... and I do not want to be guessing :S

And in this context,  hıçkırmak means to sob or to hiccup? The person was crying, but I looked it up and it shows as hiccup the first meaning, and then sob... But I guess it means to sobbing in regards to the context.
