sorry i have problem with in,at,on. ankarada,izmirde.when do we add da and when de?any rule?please explain it!teshekur ederim
its all about vowel harmony..
if the last vowel of the word is e,i,ö,ü then we add ´´de´´
if the last vowel of the word is a,o,u,ı then we add ´´da´´
examples :
Amasya´da, Pazarda,Garajda,Televizyonda
Paltomda, Kamyonda
Ordu´da, Kamuda, İstanbul´da,Bolu´da
Çankırı´da,Çarşı´da
Antep´te,Rize´de, Kırıkkale´de
Kocaeli´de,Artvin´de,Partide
Kadıköy´de,Yeşilköy´de,Tahtalıköy´de(this one is not a real place..this is the place where people go after they die)
Kürsüde,Böğrümde,Gözümde,Çözümde
