opps sorry

he thinks this "önce" is useless here...

Well, of course it is not necessary, sentence is fine without "önce" but I don´t think it is a problem if you use it.

Quoting yilgun-2010

Dilliduduk friend,

what is the diffrence between tabi bi and tabi ki?

and is sorun olmaz is a well known expression in turkish for no problem. I always thought one could only use problem yok

thank in advance

şimdiden çok teşşekur ederim

tabii ki : of course (tabii actually means natural; we sometimes omit "ki" and sometimes not)

explanation of "bi" is already made

no problem: problem yok (actually this sounds like an artificial Turkish. we would more often say "sorun yok")

it´s not a problem: sorun/problem değil

it wouldn´t be a problem: (bir) sorun olmaz

so basically they all mean the same

He wanted to change his life before it was too late

Önce çok geçti, hayatısı değiştirmek istiyordu

Can I use ´önce´ here? - or should I use something else? Corrections please

(I actually wanted to say ´He would change his life before it was too late´ but I get very muddled with the ´would´ construction in Turkish so was being lazy with the ´wanted to´ - so any help with ´would´  - would be welcome)

But you can also add "önce":

i.e.

Çok geç olmadan, hayatını değiştirmek istedi.

or

Çok geç olmadan önce, hayatını değiştirmek istedi.

No Turkish supermarket around? You should come here, loads of them - one at 200m from my house!

Ayran! Yessssssss! Turkish - thick - yogurt and Turkish bread are great too.

Ohhh, meze! Açılı esme, cacık, green olives (no black ones!), humus, ´green´ cheese from Erzurum.

Can I come over?

There are some Turkish supermarkets but not many choices inside...

You bought are welcome if you can come to Germany tomorrow , and thanks for your ideas
