Hi Elena

First of all I want to thank you for sending me a message...

In the case his mother doesn´t allow, then I wouldn´t be able to see my son? This most of all caught my attention, is such a thing possible, in this case I would turn into a playing ball in (this ) woman´s hands... I would be happy if you make this  clear, I am not such a bad person (I made it a bit less strong), so that she would try to avoid me from seing. She also wants to divorce. When I said (to myself her) what are you waiting for, just divorce, she said the lawyer costs a lot of money so that´s why she didn´t start the process. I would give the money for lawyer, but in Bukrest many people told me: "if you apply for divorce, your wife will have wishes, that´s why she probably said like this". because of this i didn´t open a court case but waiting for her to do it. Is this correct? If you can give me information relating to this I would thank you so much.

After marriage my goods didn´t increase, on the contrary they became less: I have a house and a car, no other important things, my income is not an exaggerated amount of money either...

If you can give a bit more advice I would be glad, again and again thank you...

Thank You. I will ´post a new thread´ for any questions you may have and so on. I really appreciate the help. I just did not want to meet the chap and not know how to say his name!

*haha* I will knock on his door and be like "Alican" and totally say it wrong, oh how embarrassing...

Lady in Red, thank you and yes he is my ´boyfriend´. I usually call it lovers. He is my lover.

I do not have a MSN. I wish I knew how much it costs and what it is. Is it like the ´chat´ in Facebook? I know he, my love, said he has one as do everyone else.

....."What is msn? "..... {#emotions_dlg.pray}

 agree with the translation. In actual fact we need to correct the Turkish:

alışık means used to

ben alışığım kaybetmeye (poetic)

or

kaybetmeye alışığım (more usual)

alışık and alışkın are synonyms {#emotions_dlg.confused} so you do not need to correct anything

ben alışkınım kaybetmeye = ben alışığım kaybetmeye

Quoting sonunda

Merhaba,Okan

Aynı günde doğum günülerumuzi kutlıyoruz.  Doğum günün kutlu olsun!

Şanslar ve mutluluk sana dilerim. Gelecek sene umarım bu gün beraber kutlayacağız.

My try-but wait for corrections.

we say "iyi şanslar" like

iyi geceler

iyi akşamlar

iyi tatiller

etc

but not "şanslar dilerim". Here it has to be singular.

And "sana" has to be in the beginning (at the very end is also fine. but not before the verb)

i.e.

Sana şans ve mutluluk dilerim.

I know it sounds annoying, but in this case we mostly say "mutluluklar"! ( I have no idea why )

i.e. Sana şans ve mutluluklar dilerim.

OR

simply say:

İyi şanslar ve mutluluklar!

Quoting lady in red

I´ve said it before and I´ll say it again - if no two Turks seem able to agree on how to speak their language, what hope is there for me?  Cry

I just want to be UNDERSTOOD!!!!   Give me a paragraph in English and I could probably give you half a dozen different ways to say/write it - doesn´t mean any of them are more right or wrong than others!!

We were going to move to France originally!!  {#emotions_dlg.head_bang}{#emotions_dlg.head_bang}{#emotions_dlg.head_bang}

Actually it is not a problem of speaking. We both are trying to use a perfect language, and problem arises from that

You would  be understood in both ways

 Wait for telling us how it was...and i will imagine i was there {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

I made "yayla çorbası" (with yoghurt and rice)

köfte with potatoes and tomate paste in the oven

bulgur pilavı

and kaşarlı mantar (mushrooms filled with kaşa cheese and baked in oven)

and then we made chocolate fondue afterwards.

I think they were yummy my friends also loved.

especially the soup was very different for them but they loved it!

Thanks for your ideas again
