calling someone a ´write off´ sounds pretty negative to me!

Gokuyum - should ´o pert oldu´ be o dert oldu´ - was it a typing mistake?

pert olmak is slang it means to become a write off. But dert olmak means to become a trouble.

of course calling someone a write off is a negative thing but I wanted to say we do not call her so because of her personality.

Thank you - but after your explanation and looking at your translation again , shouldn´t it be ´We won´t add, we are not that stupid´?

Nope. Because we are addressing someone as stupid not ourselves.

can you explain that translation please?  how do you get ´I wouldn´t add´ from ´eklemeyiz´.  and where does ´i can´t be that foolish´ come from?  thanks

eklemeyiz mal o kadar da değil

eklemeyiz is present tense but it has a future meaning so we can translate it as we will not add.

mal means stupid

o kadar da değil means not that much

so we can translate the sentence like this:

We will not add stupid, it would be too much to do so.

Quoting yasu

please can anyone translate this song from turkish to english

thanks in advance

Sana kimse benzemez , senin halin bir baska
Inanki su kalbimde , senin yerin bambaska

Nobody is like you, your attitude is different

Believe me your place is unique in that heart of mine.

Sen bende ben gibisin , sen bir heves degilsin
Su kalbime girersen , kendini göreceksin

You are like me in me, you are not a temporary desire.

If you enter into my heart, you will see yourself.

Sen bedenimde canimsin , sen damarimda kanimsin
Sen tanridan sonra inan , tapilacak kadinsin
Tapilacak kadinsin

You are the soul in my body, you are the blood in my veins.

Believe me you are the woman to worship after god.

You are the woman to worship

Seni her gün görmeden , inan yapamiyorum
Bir tanriya birde sana , severek tapiyorum

Believe me without seeing you everyday, i can´t do.

I worship you and god fondly.

Sen bende ben gibisin , sen bir heves degilsin
Su kalbime girersen , kendini göreceksin

You are like me in me, you are not a temporary desire.

If you enter into my heart, you will see yourself.

Sen bedenimde canimsin , sen damarimda kanimsin
Sen tanridan sonra inan , tapilacak kadinsin
Tapilacak kadinsin

You are the soul in my body, you are the blood in my veins.

Believe me you are the woman to worship after god.

You are the woman to worship

Eklemeyiz mal o kadar da değil ---> you stupid , of course I wouldnt add [that person] , I cant be that fool..

Sana yavsiyanin adi ne Tuğba ?----> Who is that person being over friendly with you? Her name is Tuğba  or something like that

Note : "yavşamak" is a slang word, quite rude to use also.

bisey Unuttum  ----> I forgot something.

I just want to hit my head against a brick wall (lit: the time has come to hit my head on the mountains and rocks)

I´m talking about my friend from Canada. She´s a write-off

*** **** ****

The girl spoke 3 words in 2 hours

"kasmak" is a slang word. It means to try hard, to work hard, to force yourself above your limits. "kastırtmak" means make someone try hard, work hard,etc..

Yardıma ihtiyacın olduğunda benden isteyebilirsin.

When you need help you can ask me.

öncelikle yardımın için cok tesekkur edeım.

First of all I thank you for your help.

benım tam olarak anlatmak ıstediğim şudur.

The thing exactly I wanted want to explain is that :

ikili konuşmalarda hangi tür kelımelere veya nelere dikkat etmem gerektığıdir.

Which type of words or what things I have to take care of in the bilateral treaty/agreement.

kısa yoldan en cabuk nasıl öğrenebilirim.

How can I learn to the point and quickly

senin dediğn gibi dilbilgisi öğrenmemi yoksa daha farklı yollardan çevirmemi yapmam gerekir.

As you said do I have to learn grammar or do translation by other different means?

bu arada sen n zamanları buraya giryorsun.

At this moment  By the way what time you are going to join/come in

belki bahsettiğim gibi ikili konuşmalarda takıldığım yerlerde bana yardımcı olabilirsin..

May be like we discussed I mentioned you will can help me when places are corrected/fixed where I am stuck in the bilateral agreement conversations.( by me)

Dünyada tek erkek kalsan bile sana bakmam diyen kadın bi düşünsene, Dünyada tek erkek ben kalmışım ! Sana bakar mıyım

O woman who says I would not look at you even  if you were the only man left in this world. Think a little. If I was the only man remained, would I look at you?
