I am a student and not a native speaker. Some of the spelling doesn´t seem Turkish. Here is my impression.

My attempt. The general meaning seems clear.

"I am celebrating because the successes that keep coming

(and) not one single offense ever remains unpunished."

Good point Sevit. Better English might separate "without you" with commas "I, without you, am dying" or to reword the sentence. "Being Without you I am dying"
