 Nope. Because "any" has a negative meaning here. It means "herhangi" and can have both positive and negative meanings. When we are sure it has a negative meaning we can also translate it as "hiç"

But I should say we often say "yemek yiyeceğim".

to eat : yemek

to eat meal/food : yemek yemek

I dont know why we say "yemek yemek" Because one can´t eat anything other than meal/food. There is no point to state it.

What can s/he eat other than "yemek"?   If one wants to be specific s/he has to say the name of the meal/food like hamburger, pizza.
