I hope so. I qualified my original translation by saying there may be a better way. I approached it like I would if I were speaking when visiting Turkey. If I can´t say what I want to say, I think of a way of  breaking it down and thus simplifying it. Seems to work!

That´s what I intended because grammatically speaking I couldn´t get the ´who´ bit in the middle of the sentence and, although not exactly what edith had asked for, I thought it conveyed a  similar enough meaning.

With no punctuation and many letters missing it´s very difficult for many Turkish learners.  (not to mention no Turkish letters)

if he wanted to say  "we need to live....." then should be "yaşamamiz lazım"
