I am coming to Turkey in a week and I asked a friend what I can bring her. I got most of it from Google, but I don´t understand the last part. Thaks for help!!

"aşkım merhaba, ben ne istiyorum biliyor musun? makyaj malzemesi ve rubber duck kıslik güzel bir bot istiyorum çokmu şey istedim"

Hello my love, do you know what I want? I want make up and a pretty rubber duck for in the winter and a boat (I think he/she means a little boat for in bath). Do I want too much?

sorry if it´s incorrect

This is intended for someone dear to me, Please help me in translating this piece. Thanks a lot. Bless you all

I choose to love you in silence

for in my silence I find no rejection.

(I´m writing this in simple past, because I think it´s more fitted)

Sessizlikte seviyorum seçtim

çünkü sessizligim (rejection??) bulamadim

I choose to love you in my loneliness

for in my loneliness no one owns you but I.

Yalnizlikte seviyorum seçtim

çünku yalnizligim sen hiçkimsenin, benimkisin

I choose to adore you from a distance

for distance shields us both from pain.

Uzakliktan tapiyorum seçtim

çünkü uzaklik ikimizde agridan koruyor

(not entirely sure about the last phrase)

I chose to imprison you in my thoughts

cause in my thoughts, freedom is for me to decide

Hapsetiyorum düşüncelerimde seçtim

çünku düsuncelerimde, ben özgürluk kararlastiriyorum

I choose to kiss you on the wind

for the wind is gentler than my lips.

Rüzgarda öpüyorum seçtim

çünkü rüzgar dudaklarimdan çok nazik

I choose to hold you only in my dreams

for in my dreams there is no end...

Sadece rüyalarimda seni tutmak seçtim

çünkü rüyalarimda sonu yok...

I feel like I made so many mistakes ><

Please wait for a correction haha

Quoting scalpel

To the learners,

Is there a difference between "bu senin araban mı?" and "bu araba senin mi?". And how would you say "bu araba seninki mi?" in English.

Thanks.

I would translate it as:

Bu araba seninki mi? - Is this car yours?

(It´s easier to translate that into my own language,

since English has no ´-ki´ )

´Ya´ means ´or´

´Yani´ meanse ´so´

When someone says something like:

´Git!´ (lol, I´m only cursing xD)

It means : ´Get the hll out´

When someone says :

´Git yaaa!´

It means : ´Get the hell out or something!´

Too bad it doesn´t translate correctly in English

(It does in my native language)

As for Yani :

Yani does have a meaning,

(Yani = so )

as in saying :

I´m coming, so you´re coming too

Geliyorum, yani sende geliyorsun

Get it?
